Birthday Gift Card

My oldest son Brian will be 28 this weekend.  Where did the time fly!  I am so proud of him and love his new fiance, Ashlie.  Yes, a wedding!  I am so happy for them both!  I made this card for him with some "goodies" in it.  Happy Birthday my Sweet Son!

Such a long time since my last post...getting ready for the holiday really had me going for awhile! We had a wonderful Christmas and hope you did too!

Just started crafting again last week with some CAS (clean and simple) birthday cards. Here is to many Happy Crafting Days in 2011!

Simple Saturday...

I have the pleasure of sending birthday cards to the ladies at my church. Thought I would make some simple cards to build up my stash. Of course I had to add buttons and bling!

The Giants lost today but....it is only one game! Still ahead 2-1. Go Giants!!!

She's One!

Our grandbaby Allie is going to be One! These are her birthday party invites. She is such a happy baby and loves her papa! My husband always has a way to make the kids laugh...super goofy! It will be a fun day.

I used Topstich paper from CTMH, super easy invites.

Birthday Stars

Another workshop card for the 23rd! What is it with me and stars...I always have to put a "bling" on them to twinkle!

Got Scraps?

This card is a great way to use the scraps of paper you have no idea what to do with! I used CTMH's Veranda collection and a paper button flower. I also used CTMH's Happy Birthday stamp set. (C1257) I have definitely gotten my money's worth out of this stamp set! (Workshop gals, we are using it again on the 23rd!)

Super Simple Birthday Card

I saw these colors used in a Papercraft magazine a few months ago and fell in love with them. I used CTMH's Jingle and Perfect Day papers. (Aren't the pearls so darn cute!) I also purged my scrapbook room this weekend and definitely had to keep these! It took a lot of my weekend to do this task but I am ready to create now!

Paper Flowers

Hoppy Birthday Card!

I just love this little frog and couldn't not make a birthday card with him! I used the Caboodle paper packet from CTMH and the Dream Big stamp set. Super simple card.

Skater Birthday Card

We have so many birthdays this month and this is a boy card I make for my nephew. I plan on getting caught up on my birthday cards after work today so...hopefully I will have some new creations to share tomorrow! I have been having fun going through my old CTMH "woodies" and experimenting with my Copic markers....so much to learn! (Oh and yes...that is SUN you see coming in the windows! Whohoo!)

Happy Birthday to You....

Thursday is my brother's birthday. Bill is 13 mos. younger than me. Once I had children, I wondered how in the world my mother did it! When my oldest was just past a year old, I couldn't imagine having a new born. She deserves a medal for sure, very courageous!

Here are some birthday cards I whipped up last night. We have alot of birthdays in October. The "26" card I "scraplifted" from a magazine. I wonder who this is for??? (hint-my oldest son turns 26 this month) Where did the time go and does that mean I am that much older too? Geez!
